We want to simplify your online ring buying experience and get you wearing a ring that fits properly. That’s why we provide 1 free resize with all of our rings. This includes wood inlaid rings and other rings that cannot be traditionally resized. All that we require is that you send the original, unaltered ring back to us within 60 days of receiving it, and cover the costs of shipping.
If your wood inlaid ring is made in a non-traditional metal, such as titanium or stainless steel, the ring will have to be remade from scratch, but our 1 free resize policy still applies. Gold rings that are inlaid with wood can usually be traditionally resized once the wood is removed. When resizing wood engagement rings or wood wedding bands, the original piece of wood will have to be removed and then replaced with a new one.
Please note: our resize turnaround time is roughly the same as our current turnaround time for ring production, which can be seen at the top of this page.
If you are unsure of your size, please take advantage of our ring sizers, which are offered free with the purchase of any ring.
See our page on ring sizing for info on how to be accurately sized.
Yes! Please use our contact page if you would like to request a custom order or if you have any questions regarding a custom made piece.
Yes. However, there are some materials that cannot be used.
We can use:
- Wood for inlays.
- Loose stones to be broken down and inlaid, including sand and shell.
- Most faceted gemstones.
We cannot use:
- Your precious metals to be melted down and made into a new ring. Most jewelry gold is alloyed, which means that it is made up of a mixture of gold and various other metals. Melting and reusing gold alloys can be problematic, and may cause pitting, brittle metal, discoloration, and cracking in a newly cast piece.
For more info, please see our Incorporate Your Own Materials page.
Our wooden rings are made with metal cores, which allows you to wear a piece of wood while taking advantage of the strength of metal. The wood is protected with a marine grade resin, and as long as the finish is maintained, this type of ring can last for a very long time.
Yes, our wooden rings are waterproof provided the resin finish is maintained and doesn’t become damaged. If you find that the resin is damaged enough to expose the wood, it may be time to send the ring back for refinishing.
The terms “lab-grown” or “lab-created” refer to gemstones that are man-made instead of mined from the earth. They are real minerals that are chemically and physically identical to their earth-mined counterparts. For example, a lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, but it is made in a lab with equipment that reproduces diamond forming conditions within the earth.

Yes, we have partnered with Affirm to offer flexible payment plans that allow you to choose a buy now pay later plan that works for you.
Affirm is currently only available to our Canadian customers. If you are from the US, we can set you up with your own custom product listings that can be used to make your installments. You can request as many installments as necessary. If you decide to go this route, please note that we won’t begin work on your ring until payment has been made in full.
Things to note:
- We can provide a refund on return for purchases made through Affirm, but 8% will be held back to cover the cost of Affirm’s merchant fee. Our regular return policies (see above) apply.
- If you have us create custom product listing installments for you, payment must be made in full before production begins on your ring. Once paid in full, our regular turnaround time applies (see the top of this page for current turnaround time).
- We do not accept returns/refunds on orders placed via our custom product listing installments.
