We want to simplify your online ring buying experience and get you wearing a ring that fits properly. That’s why we provide 1 free resize with most of our rings. This includes wood inlaid rings and other rings that cannot be traditionally resized. All we require is that you send the original, unaltered ring back to us within 60 days of receiving it, and cover the costs of shipping.

If your wood inlaid ring is made in a non-traditional metal, such as titanium or stainless steel, the ring will have to be remade from scratch, but our 1 free resize policy still applies.

Gold rings that are inlaid with wood can usually be traditionally resized once the wood is removed. When resizing wood engagement rings or wood wedding bands that are made in gold, the original piece of wood will be removed and then replaced with a new one. 

We are unable to resize rings that state in a product description that they cannot be resized.
