Due to the Trump administration’s new Section 338 tariffs applied to Canadian goods, our U.S. customers will have to pay a 50% tariff on any items ordered from Casavir Jewelry. Unlike previous tariffs applied by the Trump administration, these new Section 338 tariffs are not able to be bypassed by the U.S.-Canada-Mexico free trade agreement. Tariffs are applied when a package crosses the border. Once your item has been delivered to you, FedEx will then send you a bill for the 50% tariff. 

We offer free shipping. Packages are shipped with either FedEx or the post office. We will contact you shortly after you have placed your order, letting you know when your item will be completed and sent out. Our current turnaround time for made-to-order items can be seen at the top of our FAQ page. In stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days.

All of the shipping services that we use include tracking and insurance, except when sending a free ring sizing kit. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your item within 1 to 5 business days.
