3. Online Store Terms and Order Acceptance
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Products and Custom Fabrication
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Because our inventory includes natural, handmade materials and custom-fabricated pieces, slight variations in color, dimensions, and inclusions are natural and expected. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be strictly accurate.

For bespoke or custom-commissioned work, any modifications requested after the fabrication process has begun may be subject to additional fees or may be politely declined depending on the stage of production.

5. Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time.

6. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
We fulfill and dispatch orders globally. Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Important for International Buyers: Orders shipped outside of USMCA countries (Canada, United States, Mexico) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
