Payment Plans

We have partnered with Affirm to offer flexible payment plans that allow you to choose a buy now pay later plan that works for you.

Affirm is currently only available to our Canadian customers. If you are from the US, we can set you up with your own custom product listings that can be used to make your installments. You can request as many installments as necessary. If you decide to go this route, please note that we won’t begin work on your ring until payment has been made in full.

Things to note:

• We can provide a refund on return for purchases made through Affirm, but 8% will be held back to cover the cost of Affirm’s merchant fee. Our regular return policies (see above) apply.
• If you have us create custom product listing installments for you, payment must be made in full before production begins on your ring. Once paid in full, our regular turnaround time applies (see the top of this page for current turnaround time). 
• We do not accept returns/refunds on orders placed via our custom product listing installments.
