For over 12 years, Casavir Jewelry has been defined by one core pursuit: creating high quality jewelry that incorporates a little piece of the natural world, namely, wood. Earning your trust as a destination for high quality wood jewelry has been an incredible journey.

Over the years at the bench, our fabrication techniques began to expand. Nate, our main jeweler and designer, found himself exploring his childhood fascination with gemstones. He was also drawn to some of the more traditional lost-wax casting methods that use sculptural elements in the fabrication process. The result was a journey to learn gemstone cutting and new methods of working with wax.

These interests are far enough away from our primary focus of wooden jewelry, that we decided to give them a dedicated home in order to keep the specialized wood-oriented style that Casavir Jewelry is known for.

That is why we created our sister brand, Lumis Jewelcraft. 

Two Distinct Styles, One Artisan Studio

Lumis Jewelcraft focuses exclusively on custom cut gemstones, both natural and lab-created, as well as organic, handcrafted jewelry designs. Every piece is still fabricated by Nate right here in the studio, with the exact same commitment to quality you’ve come to expect over the last decade.

By separating these collections, Casavir Jewelry remains our dedicated source for wooden jewelry, while Lumis Jewelcraft is for our custom cut gemstones and organic-inspired jewelry designs.
